Hello, I’m Lara, the founder of New Earth Practitioners, or NEP, as I like to call it. Since the early 90s, I’ve been offering psychic readings, with my journey into energetic healing and intuitive development beginning in my early 20s. This path started as part of my healing journey—seeking to recover from childhood trauma. The lessons I’ve learned have propelled me in life in ways I never imagined. I am deeply grateful for this ability and the transformative experiences it has brought.
As a child, I was naturally in touch with my intuition, but it wasn’t until I learned a structured approach that I felt safe and confident in my growth. My connection to intuition began early, around 1970 when my family moved from the California Bay Area to southern Oregon as part of the back-to-the-land movement. I explored streams and wandered dirt paths in the wooded mountains, feeling deeply connected to the natural world. I still remember the smell of the forest floor and the cold water on my bare feet! During those early years, I sensed both the seen and unseen, experiencing life in all things.
In a world that often pulls us away from ourselves and our connection to nature, I eventually found my way back to that quiet, inner source. We each have a unique path, and our intuition is the compass that guides us back to our authentic selves.
